DECATUR GOLF CLUB – RULES OF THE ROAD & DRESS CODE

Cart and Equipment Rules

• 2 Golfers per Cart Required – Single rider carts are not allowed at this time.
• Each golfer must have their own bag and cannot share clubs.

Check-In Procedure

• DHS Golf Team – Please sign in at the Clubhouse. You will be tracked in Fore-up.
• ALL PLAYERS / MEMBERS must sign in at the Clubhouse prior to play

Behavior Expectations

• Foul language or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• No more than 5 players per hole
• BYOB – know your limitations – no foul language, disrespect of course rules or Clubhouse staff will be tolerated

Golf Attire Required

• Please do not be offended if you are refused service for not adhering to the dress code.
• Each player on the course must have their own clubs

Dress Code Examples

Acceptable:

• Dry-fit athletic shirts (no slogans)
• Collared shirts
• Tailored shorts
• Golf bag with at least 5 clubs
• Golf shoes

Unacceptable:

• T-shirts with logos, slogans, school spirit designs, etc.
• Sports shorts, beach shorts, torn or unwashed denim
• No golf bag – EACH PLAYER IS REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR OWN CLUBS
• Flip flops or sandals
